In one of the most charming corners of Balatonfüred at the foot of Tamás Hill you’ll find Arácsi Guesthouse a traditional farmhouse brought back to life with all the comforts of today.
Here you can enjoy the slow rhythm of rural peace while still having every modern convenience at hand. Whether it’s a romantic weekend, a family holiday, or a getaway with friends, our spacious, bright apartments, cozy rooms, and two shaded gardens provide the perfect setting for relaxation. And if you’d like to soak up the buzz of Füred as well, the Gyógy Square is just a 10-minute walk .
The guesthouse can accommodate up to 17 people, offering 4 separate, en-suite rooms and 2 apartments.

Located on the ground floor, it offers direct garden access—making a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine especially delightful surrounded by greenery.
It can perfectly accommodate 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, with the option of adding an extra bed upon request. A baby cot is available free of charge for children up to 2 years old. Children under the age of 5 who share the existing bed are not counted as an extra guest.
COMMUNAL SPACE
At the heart of our guesthouse, in the place of the old stable, we created a 60 m² communal area that provides a perfect venue in a peaceful setting—whether for family and friends’ gatherings, yoga or creative retreats, or small company events. The room is available for private use only when renting the entire house – ask us for a personalized offer, we’ll be happy to help!
During the summer months, this is also where we serve our fresh, homemade breakfast – please note that breakfast is not included in the room rate, but you can request it upon check-in.
The guesthouse reception is also located in the communal area.

How can I cancel my reservation?
We allow cancellations; however, the amount of any refund is determined on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the timing of the cancellation and how far in advance it was made prior to the planned arrival will be taken into account.
Our goal is always to find a fair solution that works for both parties.
If you wish to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible via one of our contact channels.
When and how can I pay?
The deposit is payable in advance by bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be settled on-site on the day of arrival by bank card, SZÉP card, bank transfer, or cash.
Please note: our listed prices do not include the tourist tax!(HUF 710 / person / night for guests over 18 years old)
The tourist tax can only be paid in cash.
Accommodation and the tourist tax are payable upon arrival, while any extra services, food, or beverages should be settled upon departure.

If you plan to arrive earlier than the official check-in time, please let us know in advance.
We cannot guarantee early access to your room, but we will do our best to make it available as soon as possible.
Luggage storage, car parking, and refrigeration of food can be arranged at the reception from the time of your arrival.
If your room is ready when you arrive, we will complete the full check-in process immediately.
Please note that Arácsi Guesthouse does not have a permanent reception, so we kindly ask you to contact us by phone at least 1 hour before your arrival!
Children and Pets
Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Upon prior request and confirmation, 1 baby cot per room can be provided.
Extra beds are not available in the rooms. Apartments can be equipped with an extra bed for an additional fee, but only one extra bed is allowed.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
I would like to request breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the room rate; you can simply request it upon check-in.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:30 in the communal area.
Please avoid eating in the rooms (apartments are an exception).
Occasionally, upon request and with prior arrangement at the reception, we offer a homestyle buffet breakfast including cold cuts and spreads, cheeses, “körözött” (Hungarian cheese spread), seasonal vegetables, jams, yogurts, cereals, seasonal fruits, fresh bread and pastries, homemade cakes, and egg dishes upon request.
The price of breakfast is HUF 5,500 per person, HUF 3,000 for children, and free of charge for children under 2 years old.
In addition to breakfast, wines, lemonade, coffee, and cappuccino are also available for purchase on-site.

Mandatory Data Registration
Dear Guest,
As of September 1, 2021, in accordance with Hungarian legislation, all accommodation providers in Hungary are required to record the legally prescribed personal data of every guest at check-in using a document scanner.
For Hungarian citizens: ID card, driver’s license, or passport
For non-Hungarian citizens: ID card or passport
This regulation applies to all guests, including children, therefore a photo ID must also be presented for minors.
According to the law, if a guest refuses to present their identification document for scanning, the accommodation provider must deny the service. Accommodation providers are obliged to transfer this data to the VIZA system from September 1, 2021.
In the event that, due to legal requirements, the accommodation provider must refuse a stay, the guest will still be liable to pay the cancellation, modification, or penalty fee as specified in the booking confirmation.

House Rules
Regulations of Arácsi Guesthouse
On behalf of my colleagues, I can assure you that we do everything possible to make your stay joyful and seamless. Therefore, we kindly ask you to accept and follow the rules outlined below.
1. Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 10:00.
2. For guest registration, we must record the documents of all guests. Accommodation fees and the tourist tax are payable upon arrival, while any extra services, food, or beverages are to be paid upon departure.
3. Only registered guests may stay in the rooms. Please welcome any visitors in the common garden area.
4. The accommodation fee includes parking and Wi-Fi access for our guests.
5. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:30. Please avoid eating in the rooms, except in the apartments.
6. It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the rooms, or to use personal electrical appliances such as water heaters, irons, portable refrigerators, or other devices.
7. Bicycles, scooters, and other vehicles are not allowed inside the rooms.
8. All guests are required to comply with the fire safety regulations of Arácsi Guesthouse. Emergency exit route diagrams can be found in each room.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms of Arácsi Guesthouse! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas in the garden.
10. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests and avoid loud noise. Pay special attention to quiet hours after 22:00.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. It is forbidden to remove furniture or textiles from the rooms.
13. Please report any damage or malfunction in the room to the reception immediately.
14. Any damage caused by negligence or intention will be charged to the responsible guest.
Finally, we kindly ask our guests to report any comments or concerns regarding the operation of Arácsi Guesthouse, the rooms, or the behavior of other guests directly at the reception so we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot handle complaints effectively after departure. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
