Adatgy\u0171jt\u00e9s: Az adatkezel\u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az \u00d6n hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1val j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre. Az \u00d6n \u00e1ltal \u00f6nk\u00e9ntesen megadott szem\u00e9lyes adatokat \u00e9s az \u00d6n felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i adatait az Adatv\u00e9delmi T\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (2011. \u00e9vi CXII. tv.) \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag sz\u00e1ll\u00e1sfoglal\u00e1s \u00e9s rekl\u00e1moz\u00e1s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l haszn\u00e1lja fel. Az adatokat harmadik f\u00e9lnek nem tov\u00e1bb\u00edtjuk! Az adatok harmadik f\u00e9lnek t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1tad\u00e1s\u00e1ra kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az \u00d6n el\u0151zetesen megtett, hat\u00e1rozott beleegyez\u00e9se ut\u00e1n ker\u00fclhet sor. Milyen szem\u00e9lyes adatokat k\u00e9r\u00fcnk, \u00e9s ezeket hogyan dolgozzuk fel? Sz\u00e1ll\u00e1s foglal\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 adatokat adja meg az online adatlapok kit\u00f6lt\u00e9sekor: n\u00e9v, telefonsz\u00e1m, e-mail c\u00edm, lakc\u00edm. Ezek az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k foglal\u00e1sa feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz \u00e9s v\u00e9gleges\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez (\u00fagymint a foglal\u00e1s\u00e1t visszaigazol\u00f3 e-mail kik\u00fcld\u00e9se) sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek. Az adatokat az adatkezel\u00e9si c\u00e9l megval\u00f3sul\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges ideig kezelj\u00fck. H\u00edrlevel\u00fcnkre t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 feliratkoz\u00e1sakor a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 adatokat adja meg az online adatlap kit\u00f6lt\u00e9sekor: n\u00e9v, e-mail c\u00edm. III. Milyen c\u00e9lb\u00f3l k\u00e9rj\u00fck szem\u00e9lyes adatait? Szem\u00e9lyes adatait az \u00d6n azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben k\u00e9rj\u00fck, \u00e9s a foglal\u00e1s lebonyol\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz haszn\u00e1ljuk fel. A h\u00edrlevel\u00fcnkre val\u00f3 feliratkoz\u00e1skor adatait h\u00edrlev\u00e9l list\u00e1nkon r\u00f6gz\u00edtj\u00fck. Sz\u00e1llodai szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tele: A szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ny\u00fajt\u00e1sa k\u00f6r\u00e9ben az \u00e9rintettel kapcsolatos minden adat kezel\u00e9se \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1son alapul, c\u00e9lja pedig a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1nak biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa illetve a kapcsolattart\u00e1s. A jelen pontban foglalt szem\u00e9lyes adatokat az egyes alpontokban foglalt kiv\u00e9telekkel C\u00e9g\u00fcnk a mindenkori ad\u00f3jogi \u00e9s sz\u00e1mviteli el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1soknak megfelel\u0151 ideig \u0151rzi, \u00e9s a hat\u00e1rid\u0151 eltelt\u00e9vel t\u00f6rli azokat. Harmadik orsz\u00e1g \u00e1llampolg\u00e1rs\u00e1g\u00e1val rendelkez\u0151 szem\u00e9ly: Magyar \u00e1llampolg\u00e1r kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel minden olyan szem\u00e9ly, aki nem Eur\u00f3pai Gazdas\u00e1gi T\u00e9rs\u00e9g tag\u00e1llam \u00e1llampolg\u00e1ra, ide\u00e9rtve a hontalant is. Az EGT tag\u00e1llamai: az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 tag\u00e1llamai, Izland, Liechtenstein, \u00e9s Norv\u00e9gia, mint r\u00e9szes tag\u00e1llam, valamint Sv\u00e1jc, mint azonos jog\u00e1ll\u00e1s\u00fa \u00e1llam. A k\u00f6telez\u0151en megadand\u00f3 adatok Vend\u00e9g \u00e1ltali megad\u00e1sa a sz\u00e1llodai szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9nek felt\u00e9tele. A bejelent\u0151lap al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1s\u00e1val a vend\u00e9g hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul ahhoz, hogy a bejelent\u0151lap kit\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00e1tadott szem\u00e9lyes adatait C\u00e9g\u00fcnk a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s l\u00e9trej\u00f6tte, illetve teljes\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9nek, teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek bizony\u00edt\u00e1sa, illetve az esetleges ig\u00e9ny\u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1ra a fent megjel\u00f6lt hat\u00e1rid\u0151n bel\u00fcl kezelje, illetve archiv\u00e1lja. A bejelent\u0151 lapon az email c\u00edm megad\u00e1s\u00e1val a vend\u00e9gnek lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge van feliratkozni a T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g h\u00edrlevel\u00e9re. 1.3.
